the regular sized ones seem to leak a little, just wear a liner the first time using any new tampon just incase. :)Advice from people who use Playtex Sport tampons?
The Playtex Sport work great they only leak a little when you start using them. Just wear a panty liner when you start using them.

I've used them, they suck for me. They are no different than the original tampons, they are just marketing them differently to appeal to female athletes. From my experience, they have a dress-shaped cotton that is more like two squares of flat cotton that expand when they get wet, and my period went right on past the cotton and leaked out nearly every time. I'd remove the tampon and it was unused!
I have never had a problem with Kotex tampons. They are log-shaped and never leak, of course unless you leave them in until they are over-saturated.
ALL tampons are unaffected by swimming and activity if you insert them correctly.
ok um i don't know about playtex sport tampons but i use the gentle glide ones (from playtex 2) and they are AMAZING for all those things... i swim in them all the time and i dance/do karate wit them to so i think they work the best and they've never leaked 4 me:) good luck... and if u wanna try playtex sport give em at try... i just don't know how gud they are... the gentle glides have done it for me:D lol
they leak for me. I use tampax pearls. one day I was gonna switch, and the sports failed, so I went back to pearls.
