The people I need to train are in India. Any suggestions. I will mainly train them for cardiology.I am in the medical transcription field and I need to train people. Any advice?
I am a medical transcriptionist and I also teach a medical terminology course.
My suggestion would be to make sure they understand clearly the ';language'; associated with cardiology, the procedures the doctors perform and the ';repetitive'; procedures, words, etc. that they will hear.
